User Agreement

Welcome to Puty! By using our application, you agree to the terms outlined in this User Agreement. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using Puty. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This User Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Puty Team (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the Puty application (“Puty” or “the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.  

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Puty. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are fully able to comply with this Agreement.  

3. User Responsibilities

When using Puty, you agree to:  

1. Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.  

2. Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  

3. Refrain from engaging in any behavior that may harm the App, other users, or third parties, including:  

￮ Uploading malicious or inappropriate content.  

￮ Attempting to hack or exploit the App’s security.  

￮ Misusing the App for unlawful purposes.  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violations of this Agreement.  

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Puty solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Puty Team.  

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Puty, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Puty Team. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.  

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Puty. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content as needed to provide the services of the App.  

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.  

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Puty, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.  

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:  

1. Puty is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the App’s performance, reliability, or functionality.  

2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Puty, including loss of data, profit, or functionality.  

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Puty at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this Agreement or engage in any behavior deemed harmful to the App or its users.  

10. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of Puty after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.  

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
